Marking and Identification Series
This product is a laser marking machine independently developed by our company, featuring excellent beam quality, a small focused spot size for high-precision marking, fast marking speed, high efficiency, and long service life. The printing direction can be adjusted arbitrarily in up, down, left, right, and arc configurations, and the machine comes equipped with over 140 font libraries; custom fonts can also be added according to customer requirements. It is suitable for marking disc-shaped parts and can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into a production line for automated operation.
Brake Disc Natural Frequency Measurement Machine
This equipment can detect the natural frequency of brake discs and can be operated manually as a standalone unit or integrated into an automated production-line inspection system via a conveyor mechanism. It features high sensitivity and reliability, delivering precise measurement data. The instrument is capable of measuring a wide effective frequency bandwidth, with a large measurement range and broad applicability. It exhibits superior frequency response and strong anti-interference performance, while its installation and operation are simple and convenient. This product is a fully automated machining production line for disc-shaped parts, independently developed by our company. The automated line consists primarily of two inverted lathes, equipped with a five-axis power turret, specialized cutting tools, and a fully automated conveyor system, ensuring that each workpiece is machined in a single setup.

The brake-disc turning-and-grinding composite machine tool is a vertical, dual-face, dedicated composite machining equipment specifically designed for automotive brake discs. Its core feature is the ability to complete both turning and grinding in a single clamping operation, thereby eliminating the clamping errors, low efficiency, and large footprint associated with conventional sequential machining. It has become the mainstream solution for the high-precision mass production of brake discs.
