Compared with manual loading, it offers higher operational accuracy and can sustain high-speed operation for extended periods, fully replacing the traditional method of manually loading parts one by one. This significantly reduces labor and material costs while boosting production efficiency, enabling streamlined, high-efficiency, low-cost mass production. It is the preferred choice for the machining industry of disc-shaped workpieces. The specific functions include: automatic grasping and pose correction of disc-shaped part blanks from the material bin, followed by transport to the lathe’s loading chute; batch number identification for blanks, with an optional reject chute; and a material-preparation alert function that allows users to pre-set the maximum number of blanks to be picked per bin. When the actual number of blanks picked reaches this preset threshold, the system will notify the operator to prepare additional material.
