This product series is a fully automated machining production line for disc-shaped parts, independently developed by our factory. The machine tool features a dual-spindle, dual-turret configuration, with automated conveyor belts for loading and unloading, coupled with a high-speed drilling and tapping unit. It is the preferred choice in the automotive brake-disc manufacturing industry and is also suitable for machining various disc-shaped components. The dual-spindle design eliminates the inconvenience of secondary workpiece setup, while the automated loading/unloading conveyor links directly to the drilling and tapping unit to perform hole-making, tapping, and other operations, ensuring that each part is completed in a single setup. This enables streamlined, high-efficiency, low-cost mass production. With high power and outstanding efficiency, it is ideally suited for batch processing of small- and medium-sized disc-shaped and housing-type parts.
