Single Inverted Lathe, VFC Series, 200–600


This product series delivers superior chip evacuation compared with conventional vertical and horizontal lathes, effectively addressing the adverse effects of chips on workpiece surface quality and the instability associated with clamping and positioning. Featuring a self-developed robotic arm, it enables automated loading and unloading for individual machines and supports flexible line integration with any number of units, making it suitable for a wide range of process types. All models are standardly equipped with a high-performance spindle, which minimizes vibration and thermal deformation at high speeds, thereby meeting the stringent requirements for high precision and superior surface finish.

The LG-516A vertical CNC lathe is a high-speed, high-efficiency, and high-rigidity machining center that integrates rough and finish turning and enables process-integrated machining.

Double Inversion Car Series DDC400-500


This machine tool is a fully automated machining production line for disc-shaped parts, independently developed by our company. The automated line consists primarily of two inverted lathes, equipped with a five-axis power turret, specialized cutting tools, and a fully automatic conveyor system, ensuring that each workpiece is machined in a single setup.

Inversion and Upright Vehicle Series ZDC400-500


This product series is a fully automated machining production line for disc-shaped parts, independently developed by our factory. The machine tool features a dual-spindle, dual-turret configuration, with automated conveyor belts for workpiece loading and unloading, and is equipped with high-speed drilling and tapping units.

Inverted Drilling Series DLZ400-500


The inverted drilling and tapping center is a multifunctional machine tool that integrates drilling, milling, and tapping. It employs advanced CNC technology, offering high speed, high precision, and exceptional stability.

ZLC-400 Vertical Lathe


Vertical lathes feature a rigid structure and high load-carrying capacity, with workpieces mounted vertically for stable center of gravity. This design minimizes vibration and deformation during machining, effectively ensuring dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerances for large components such as discs and rings. Chips fall naturally, enabling smooth chip evacuation and reducing the risk of surface damage to the workpiece. The resulting machining quality is consistently reliable, while convenient loading and unloading facilitate integration with automated systems for streamlined, flow-line production. The machine is safe to operate, easy to maintain, and suitable for a wide range of applications, making it an ideal solution for high-precision, high-volume part machining.
